The Staff at the Harrisburg Location are amazing! The front office staff always greet you hello and goodbye and go above and beyond for you. The nursing, Medical Assistants, phlebotomist are always she friendly, and patient with you. They are great at explaining things, and making you feel comfortable. The Doctors that myself and family have interacted with has been phenomenal! We have never been nervous, uncomfortable, or scared. They work really hard to get to the bottom of any problem you maybe going through. They are very fast and efficient on getting the care you need so you can start to feel better or get the right medication you need to help you start to feel better. Dr. Patterson is THE BEST!

The medical assistant who collected my sample for a respiratory pathogen panel did not know how to correctly perform a nasopharyngeal swab that's required for such testing. She didn't have me blow my nose first. She didn't ask me to tilt my head back. And she literally held the swab at the flexible head, far above the break point, instead of only touching the rigid handle. She also inserted it only about a half an inch into my right nostril, sampling cells from only my anterior nares and coming nowhere near my nasopharynx. Aside from that, the physician I saw was great.

First virtual visit and I wasn’t sure of what to expect but I believe I received a text when my appointment time was approaching with a link to join the call. I had already joined via the app but that was also easy! The doctor I spoke with seemed knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Was prompt in sending over my prescriptions and let me know what to expect following the appt. I would do a virtual visit again. It was convenient to me and got me to see a professional faster.

I am totally satisfied with being able to see my doctor in short notice. Dr.Ha has certainly helped me due to a condition i thought was nervous about. He and his staff are Number 1 and always so helpful.

I’ve been coming to this practice for over 20 years. The staff here are very kind, courteous & professional!! I’ve have seen a few of the physicians here and have always been treated with respect, have been listened to and have always given me some kind of resolution. The different nurses I have worked with always greet me with a smile & ask how I’m doing. Presently I am seeing Dr. Ashley Williams. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER, she is a great listener, asks great questions to have all the facts and does not make feel like I am a number but a human being. I am so GRATEFUL to have her as my doctor and definitely recommend the practice.
