I just wanted to say Dhwani Mehta is very friendly, knowledgeable, and correctly diagnosed my basal cell carcinoma. My prior dermatologist at a dermatologist office in pineville also mentioned he believed it was basal cell in 2024 and instead of doing a biopsy and surgically removing it, used freeze treatment on it and again when it reoccurred. I tried to tell Dhwani I wanted her to just freeze it off, like my prior dermatologist, verses a biopsy because it was on my face since I didn’t quite understand how deep basal cell could potentially grow by only treating what is on the surface with freeze treatment. She gave me an explanation of basal cell and shared her concerns of not doing a biopsy with me and I was thankful for this because until then I didn’t really know much about basal cell.

Such a great experience! Dr. Amit Om and his assistant was amazing. They Listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly. Clean office and nice staff. Front desk lady was super sweet. I loved everyone there.

Went to the Harrisburg office yesterday. I had a very pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. My visit with Dr. Heather Holahan was comfortable, she put me at ease, listened and explained the treatment. Her assistant was very helpful also.

First visit to Harrisburg office. I’ve been treated by Dr. Mehta for several years and really like her- she’s very thorough, friendly and straightforward. Her nurse at this location was equally friendly and professional. However, I was called on my way home and asked if I had taken from the room a small fan used in my treatment. I replied I didn’t think so, but my hands were full with my phone, checkout papers, etc and I may have accidentally taken it. The receptionist that called me was not friendly, rather accusing. I told her I would check when I got home and if I found it my purse, I would call her and be happy to return it. Again, not a normal call for a missing $10 item and I had just paid $1,000 for these treatments? Anyway, I pulled over and checked and did indeed have the fan i

I had a very good experience with the staff, very friendly and courteous..Kelly, the attending nurse was amazing informative, caring and kind considering my condition. I had a very good experience with Dr Om. He was extremely knowledgeable and caring as well. They both made me feel very comfortable discussing my condition and treatment.
