FastMed Urgent Care

I had one of the best experiences at this FastMed location. I didn’t get the name of the woman at the front desk, but her and the provider Kristen Jones definitely went above and beyond to make sure my son had what he needed for his sports physical. They were patient while we figured o it if he even had the correct forms, and even assisted with finding one online. Unfortunately, it is not often you come across a staff that is so polite and willing to help you beyond their job description. I really appreciate everything they did for us. I recommend this location, and would definitely go back for any future visits if we need them. Thank you again!

I made an appointment online for my dad. We arrived but parking was a little far away and I wondered how I would get dad in becuse he needed a wheelchair. So I called and they sent someone out with a wheelchair and the receptionist ushered us right in to see the doctor stating she will get the information from me when she can. Everyone was courteous and kind. I was actually surprised as I have not had customer service like that in quite sometime. I would go here again if needed.

Incredibly pleased with my visit to this urgent care. Upon calling ahead, I was informed there was no wait, and indeed, my experience was swift with minimal waiting time. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a quick in-and-out process. Highly recommend this urgent care for their efficiency and great service.

My experience during last week was superb even more for an urgent care facility. Front Desk lady was very nice and the Doctor Kristin was very kind and helpful with my concerns. The A/C was broken and the entire staff still had a great attitude! Great Team at this location!

Excellent clinic. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was taken care of. I was able to leave within half an hour of my arrival time. Dr. Murphy was efficient, attentive, and skilled. He incised and drained an infected area, almost painlessly. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing prompt and efficient care.
