Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Henderson - NC

New Years eve afternoon and had received a dog bite and with primary provider closed early and two other urgent care sites unable to see me because of patient loads and reduced hours , I was glad to discoveredr that this facility was operating on normal business hours. Treatment was quickly administered with thorough triage and history by a. very competent CMA and Treatment provided by a caring and compassionate FNP .Who reccleaned the wound and called a prescription into my pharmacy quickly . This new cene From the reception/ adminiddstrattion person , medical assistant and FNP one could not expected better care. Great to have a new center like this in the area

I got there at 6:30pm for a drug test and they were able to accommodate me even after informing me that they stopped doing drug tests at 5Pm. It was the last day that i had to get in for my testing so i wouldn't lose a job position. As a single mother i didn't have anyone that was able to keep my daughter, so they were able to entertain her with stickers while i got the test done. I am thankful for the staff that was available that evening.

The doctor was in the room beside us and we can hear her through the wall . She never came in to see my child . She was on the phone arguing with someone or having a heated discussion. No one else was there or being seen in the office we were waiting for over an hour. We left and was never seen by the doctor . The nurse was and receptionist were sweet and the nurse did apologize.

The staff here is excellent. The Receptionist is courteous. The MA is very efficient and polite and the FNP I seen for my condition is through. She took care of me and gave me detailed after care instructions and sent my prescription in promptly. I will return.

First time my husband needed to go to this new FastMed. Staff was considerate and showed concern for his symptoms. After examining my husband they decided to call for an ambulance to take him to the hospital. We feel that was the right call. We would go to this urgent care again if needed.
