Dr Jennifer and staff treated my family member with class - dignity- patience and professionalism. I was impressed at the knowledge she shared with me concerning other medical situations and how they impact on hearing and hearing aides even sharing some of her personal experiences. I would absolutely trust her and book her services if need be The location is very close to a major interstate- hospital- Walmart- a bank and other shopping experiences. The office was absolutely pristine - aesthetically pleasing to the eye. She explained procedures and payment very thoroughly and clearly. The office manager is equally kind - courteous & professional.

The staff is super nice but their financing needs work. Not all seniors are rich or have a perfect score. Because I can’t get financing through Hearing Life I have been forced to get an online hearing aid. I love Hearing Life but can’t get financed through them.

Excellent experience. I knew I had hearing issues for quite a while. I never knew where to go to find a good ear doctor. My next door neighbor did not tell me she was going to get hearing aids. She went first and could not say enough about Hearing Life in Henderson. I decided that she had such a great experience I would go. Jennifer and Charlotte did not disappoint. Dr Goldman was able to connect my cell phone to my hearing aids and I enjoy this feature. I can now go out to dinner and actually enjoy the conversation without having others repeat themselves.
