DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Completely disappointed in the Vet care!! Vet recommended a dog food for weight loss and didn’t check to see that my dog was allergic to most of the ingredients. Because of this negligence, my Pomeranian suffered substantial hair loss. I’m still Dealing on how to regrow his hair. I called the Vet for weeks on end requesting a phone call to discuss, to no avail. Calls were “never” returned. The lack of care for your pet or their clients only demonstrates that you’re just another person depositing your hard earned money into their bank account. Yes, it’s ALL about the MONEY. YOUR MONEY!!!

I gave this Animal Hospital 5 Stars 2 years ago. Today I give them 5 stars. You will not find a more honest, more professional, more friendly staff anywhere. Hands down this best Vet practice I have been to in my 40 years of owning pets. I had to put one of my dogs down a while back. And the staff was beyond compassionate and understanding, making the process as painless as possible and Rocket and me. I do recommend having Dr Waters and staff take care of your furry, scaley, fathered friends.

Tried to get a simple ballpark price quote and with them its impossible. I've never come across a vet that will not give you any pricing at all from the pricing of a standard check up to anything else. Completely sketchy due to this in my opinion and decided to take my animals elsewhere.

I have had my fair share of bad vets, so coming across Dr. Waters was a huge blessing. She has taken care of quite a few of my pets over the years but recently my girl Blush has needed to be seen. I thought she was slipping through my fingers but Dr. Waters knew what to do and all her recommendations have been spot on. Now my Blush is back to being her self and more. She's like a brand new dog honestly.

I will never know if this place is any good or not because every time I try to get my pet in here, its a 2 week wait time. If I have an emergency and my dog needs to be seen right away, how is that going to work? Many times with pets, it is an emergency! If they eat something and need surgery, they will be dead in two weeks. So how does that work? This place has great reviews but good luck getting in there. I have yet to be so lucky.
