I called and waited patiently for 15 minutes just to ask one simple question and Cindy had answered and was very rude and gave attitude. I could tell she was already upset when she answered, I believe personally if you can’t handle your emotions you probably should save yourself and everyone else and not do customer service or take a break. Nobody wants to be treated poorly when they’re already concerned about their animal because some fully grown adult cannot control their emotions.

This building could use some updating. It's kinda dark and dreary. But, the vet is SO kind. We've gone here for years and love them.

Dr. Harvey was incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient during my dog's vet visit today. My dog tends to get extra reactive and unpredictable at the vet but Dr. Harvey was not fazed. He listened closely and spent a generous amount of time thoroughly explaining different conditions and solutions. No extra procedures or medications were suggested, just simple treatments we could try out at home for the time being. We're very grateful for Dr. Harvey, Cindy, and the whole clinic for creating such educational and supportive vet visits for us.

My dog loves going to see the vet

Dr Harvey was so kind while also being informative. Gave me links to websites with information to help my dog out and also explained and showed me exactly what was going on with my dog. Was very straightforward with everything. I didn’t feel judged like I have been at other vet clinics. It took a few months to get into them because they’re very booked up and I definitely understand why. Worth the wait.
