This doctor gave me my life back years ago. I went running back to him 14 years after he dismissed me as a patient, hoping for the same outcome since I recently had a horrible experience with my current dentist that I trusted for 12 years. As a result, I ended up urgently needing 6 root canals and crowns done. The whole 3 month ordeal was another nightmare due to having to resort to another dentist to help me adjust these crowns because my appointments were being spaced out a MONTH away. I lost so much weight during this ordeal and went down to 130 lbs, which I hadn't weighed in over 15 years! The second dentist readjusted my crowns but could not polish them. I’m not sure why this place has bad reviews. I have been here myself and referred many friends and family here over the years. The issues have been for a tooth extraction or replacement. I have gotten tooth whitening here also. Everyone is nice and friendly. The place is clean and they are honest about their work. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Never heard anyone I referred complain. Thanks Dr. Tran and team!

Very disappointing experience. Took off work to take my grandson to the dentist. I had scheduled the appointment a month ago, in person, when I was there with him getting additional work done. Arrived for the appointment and they said it wasn't in their system. I guess it's bad luck for me, because they couldn't fit him in and now we have to wait and additional 2 weeks. Sadly, they really didn't seem to care or want to try to accommodate their error. Attached is a picture of the schedule card which they themselves wrote. Pretty poor business practice and I'm going to need to take more time off due to their error. Probably time to find someone who cares who can complete the treatment plan...

Worst experience ever and I wasn’t even the patient. Took my mom to see the dentist . We were there for 1 hr 45 mins ! Just for an exam and X-rays ! THATS INSANE ! No cleaning or anything , then Dr comes by w a treatment plan for a tooth extraction and two crowns totaling up to 10,000 😂 . Yeah won’t be back again !

Pretty good. The nurses are incredibly nice and helpful in my experience. No real complaints about their work but it can take an incredibly long time to get called in for your appointment. In my years of going I don’t personally think I ever got seen less than a half an hour past my time. Once I waited an hour in the waiting room and then almost an hour in the chair before I even saw the doctor. That’s almost 2 hours OVER the appointment time. (That’s an extreme example but I’m not making it up.) Definitely book on a day you’re off or after work, cuz even if it’s something fast, if you’re hoping to be seen during a lunch break or before work, you WILL be late.
