I was skeptical at first to try to book an appointment. However I was pleased that my experience was very good. The staff is friendly and were able to help out with getting my prescription for my son, and the doctor is good with kids. Only thing I would say negative is the hours only open till 1 most days.

YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. I HAD A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION AND YOUR HEAD OPTOMETRIST TREATED IT TWICE AND SAVED MY EYES FOR SURE. I ALSO HAD UPDATED MY GLASSES THROUGH YOU AND UNLIKE MY FATHER I DO NOT HAVE 20/20 VISION BUT I ALMOST DO WITH YOU. LOVE AND THANKS, JENN HOLLIS.

Putting plugs in my tear ducts, he touched my eyeball with the tweezers, I pulled back and he got mad at me. Then they were billing us for my husband's glasses, ( from 3 years ago) which we knew we'd paid cash for, after a month they realize it was for me, at this time I'd been wearing my glasses for a month, when we heard it was my bill, I checked my coverage, and for date on the bill, I was covered, the next month I changed my insurance. At this point, they take my glasses from me and won't return them until the bill is resubmitted and paid, a month goes by I call, oh we submitted the bill, we're waiting to see if they are going to pay. The readers I got at dollar tree, are faulty, I am in need of my glasses back. I'd left a few messages before, but never got return calls.

The most racist place I’ve been at in New Mexico. The vision Tech with the short hair was the rudest, as well as the optometrist. My 10 month old had a dirty diaper and she continued to spray glad air freshener all around she comes up to me and says “you can go change your baby in the bathroom outside”. The optometrist came out of the room with a gentleman and says “this man is gonna need a place to sit down make sure you people move if he needs to sit down”. This is the worst place I’ve ever been.

Great phone conversations, even with Laughter! Quick and pleasant check in. Very patient with Me being a new patient. Kind and Caring. I felt relaxed and relieved having my eyes in their hands! They were kind and patient with My Service Dog 🐕‍🦺 as well. Cheers! Sincerely!
