I was in desperate need of a replacement tube, etc. for my nebulizer and it was $7. I called Sandy at Linco and told her my friend could pick it up for me since I don't have a car and I really needed it. I tried to give her my card info, but she said, "I'll just give it to you, hon!" I'm floored. A business in Ruidoso that would help out an old lady without a car to get medical supplies desperately needed is unheard of! Thank you, Sandy, for your generous help.

We were visiting Ruidoso from the east coast of North Carolina when my husband's CPAP stopped working. As he has used it everyday for 6 years, he was unable to sleep at all without it. His sleep apnea test showed he was having 60 interruptions an hour...one per minute. The staff at Linco were incredibly kind and understanding and got us a new machine within a few hours. They had to go out of their way and went to a lot of trouble to do this and we are totally grateful. They are a professional, caring and capable team and we are deeply grateful to them for their fine service. They are a 5 star company.

My husband and I took a road trip and our first stop was Ruidoso. I mistakenly left the tubing which goes from my concentrator to C-Pap home. Needless to say I was in quite a panic. WE located Linco and they were so very helpful with providing tubing (at no charge). They were so kind and understanding ! Thank you !!!!

Horrible customer service.Natalie called and set up and appointment on a Wednesday for the following Friday and even confirmed the appt the next day. I went in at my scheduled time and told her who I was and her response was "Oh my goah. Who sent you in here today? My therapist isn't even coming." I was taken aback because I was pretty sure it was she who set up the appt in the first place. I went home and called the number given and guess who answered? Natalie. When i asked why she acted surprised I was there earlier that morning, she attempted to blame me for misunderstanding. She then said she'd have the therapist "come to my home" if she could arrange it because her "patients mean so much" to her. No one ever came. No appt was ever rescheduled.
