My husband and I had a wonderful experience as new patients! The front desk staff were efficient and answered my questions. Renee, the dental hygienist, was gentle and thorough and took the time to explain each step. Dr. Frizzell put me at ease, competently explained what issues I was dealing with, and gave me options on my treatment plan. We are grateful to have Enchantment Family Dentistry in our community!

I went to my regular dentist’s office for a teeth cleaning appointment. The hygienist was new. Not only that —it was a male hygienist! He was very accomplished and adept at using the equipment. He finished the whole appointment in a relatively short amount of time, and he sent me on my way with clean teeth. I was very pleased with the whole procedure. I hope he stays here for a long time.

I have been a patient at Enchantment Family Denistry for almost a year. Dr. Frizzell and her staff are great. The office is clean and staff and hygienists are professional and efficient. I'm very pleased with the service (cleanings and fillings) and highly recommend the practice.

We were traveling through Ruidoso and my crown came off. We planned on leaving town the following day so I called the Enchantment dentist office in hopes of getting an appointment to have my crown re-cemented. The office staff were all very professional and friendly, and they were able to give me a 9:00am appointment the following morning.
