Family Smile Center

This was my first visit and was not disappointed! I was badly overdue for cleaning and my only excuse is my former dentist retired and I was too busy to find another. I am particular and spend great deal of effort researching the right fit. I think I found it. Loved the location, staff were friendly and engaging, the facility was light bright modern and had right feng shue, Dr. Dinh (sp?) was great. I don’t like going to dentist, a bit of a phobia, but felt very comfortable. Not gonna lie, I was gripping the chair, but was not necessary. I did not have any issues so my visit was short since I didn’t need extra care. Actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Will update if anything changes.

Love this dental office from the front desk staff to the dentist (Dr Dinh) everyone is friendly and professional. I also bring my daughter to this practice and our dental hygienist Amy is amazing!! She is very kid friendly and most of all patient with my little one who is 3.

Everyone at family smile center is amazing. I love Laura who regularly cleans my teeth as well as Dr. Dinh's assistant who worked alongside him on a recent filling. (sorry didn't catch her name) Dr Dinh is very gentle and all three of them have a very calming presence while they take care of your teeth. Having a filling done here is painless. Dr Dinh is so good with everything from the novocaine to the procedure. He is an expert at administering novocaine pain free. Having a tooth repaired is nothing like it was at my old dentist years ago. Laura and his assistant are also very knowledgable and you can tell they generally care about you. Kristi is always very friendly and greets you with a smile and always helps us with insurance. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Dr. Dinh and his staff are fantastic. We are always seen on time and they always fit you in if you are having an emergency. Recently, Dr. Dinh replaced a very old crown for me. When it failed (of absolutely no fault of his- it was just a brittle tooth that had had a root canal 20 years prior) and the post came out a few months later, Dr. Dinh credited me back what I had paid on the crown so I could use it towards the tooth extraction and new implant. His patient care was extremely appreciated :)

My family and I have been going here for 15+ years. I was just in for a cracked tooth (a personal nightmare) and the care was anmazing. Every person I have ever dealt with here has been friendly, kind and helpful. Most of the faces have been the same since I started going here, which says more than anything about the place. 6 stars.
