Family Plus Dental Centers

The staff at Family Plus Dental is always fast, friendly and efficient. Always accommodate my schedule. Service the way it should be. Lili, Heidi and Michelle always seem to go out of their way to make me happy. The key is they. are good listeners. Without question, Amber is an excellent dentist. I recommend her and this place highly.

I always have an experience every 6 months! Staff is very friendly and always treat patients like at home. The office has been remodeled and everything looks clean. Only suggestion I would have is to also upgrade the furniture since it looks extremely dirty and outdated and I have a really hard time avoiding my children from touching it.

Costs of services were different from what I was originally told. They also charged $7 in a credit card usage fee and didn't disclose that to me either. When I brought it to the cashiers attention, her response was "IF you don't agree with it, go somewhere else." I've never been treated so rudely. I believe they are also charging extra to my insurance, but I will be taking that issue up with my insurance.

Excellent service, great team

I’ve been coming to family dental plus kendall location for about a year now with my son and honestly the staff are very welcoming , nice , & understanding . I’m very comfortable and welcomed there and any problems are questions I have they make sure to get it resolved . Best location and dentist I’ve been too . My son doesn’t like dentist and he is 3 but when I took him here they welcomed him and made sure his was comfortable and now every time he goes he loves to get any work needed done there .
