I left this pharmacy today for another one. The pharmacists were so nice and then a new person started picking up the phone and sending it straight hold. 14 or more times we called today over a very new presrciption and i needed the pharmacist we're used to. I did speak to the phone person 3 times and he still wouldnt give me to any pharmacist. The phone person calls himself A.J. I told him if he didnt let me speak to the pharmacist i would pull all my meds out of there. He put me on hold and ,eft me there. So now i have a nea pharmacy and as long as "A.J." still works there i can only recommend you dont go here because of him. My husband will be switching to my new pharmacy tommorrow as well. Guess they'll miss all my specialty meds that brought in the real money. I wont condone terrible

unnecessarily strict and require ID # to be written down for a simple UPS pick up, stall package pick up time as well

I don’t recommend getting a Canadian passport photo taken here. They won’t sign the back of the photo which is a requirement. I didn’t think to ask beforehand and then it was too late so I wasted $30. The photographer would not even give me his name so that I could print it on the back myself. It’s unfortunate because I prefer supporting smaller businesses.

Mr. Patel the pharmacist I remembered him years ago, he has been a great pillar To the harlem community. We are so glad to have him serve us daily with such Astute, and professionalism daily. The name Family Pharmacy is a suitable named This place because he treat everyone like Family who comes in there. Therefore I Would highly recommend the place to anyone who ask.
