Please avoid this clinic. The staff is disorganized, communication is non-existent, and they showed a complete lack of accountability when my dog was injured under their care. I brought my dog, Gnocchi, in for a dental extraction. He returned home with a severe, raw scrotal burn. Because he was sedated and resting, I didn't see the extent of the damage immediately. Since discovering the injury, I have sent three urgent emails with photos begging for help, and I have been completely ignored. When I finally got someone on the phone, the advice was dangerously unprofessional. The nurse told me to "apply ice," which can actually worsen a chemical or contact burn on such sensitive skin. Somehow this hospital combines incredible detail with speed. I would guess this is because of how educated the vet is. My pup fell off the bed late Saturday night and was limping pretty bad Sunday morning. When I called Sunday morning, I had an appointment made within half an hour of me calling. We were there for maybe 45 minutes and in that small amount of time had an exam and an x-ray done. About an hour after we left, I was sent a detailed report of the results and received a phone call to go over the information. The staff is very friendly and I especially appreciated how the vet explained procedures and findings in a way that I could understand. I’ve had a great experience with this vet clinic. The doctors here are incredibly caring and truly professional. I love how attentive they are — they take their time, listen to every concern, and make sure my pet feels comfortable and safe. You can tell they genuinely care about both the animals and the owners. I always feel confident bringing my pet here, and I really appreciate the level of compassion and detail they put into every visit. Highly recommend!

I just had a terrible experience here and will never be taking any pet of mine back here. I’ve had dogs my whole life and been to multiple vets and always had good experiences but today was by far the worst. I had a 3 o clock appointment for my dog to get a flu shot as is required by the day boarding place we take him to. At 3:15, we get taken to our room. No big deal, I understand things are busy and people run behind. They then took my dog to the back, which made me uncomfortable as vets I have been to always come to your room and administer a simple shot in there. But still, not a huge deal I just figured they had it setup already in the back. I had a great experience at Family Pet Hospital. The staff was knowledgeable and kind, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure my pet was comfortable. Their prices were fair, and I really appreciated that they worked within my budget without compromising on care. It’s clear they truly care about both pets and owners — I’ll definitely be returning
