Today, I had a very unpleasant experience with your front office staff. The young white lady was extremely cold, rude, and showed no empathy when I returned because my daughter’s wire was stuck in her mouth. We had just started with an expander, but based on this experience, I’m not interested in continuing services. I did report this to the manager She was very nice and courteous, but she shouldn’t have to take up for the front staff who deals with the patient’s directly, although after reading reviews, I don’t feel like anything is gonna be done and I don’t want wait till my next appointment and get her banded and stuck into this treatment with this facility feeling like this. I want to verify that you have not billed insurance for my daughter braces for the actual banding, which she has

I was charged twice for a retainer that was paid in office the day of the visit. It has been extremely difficult to resolve the second charge. They’ve sent it to collections, but yet they have not responded to my phone calls or emails sent to let them know it was a duplicate charge. The office workers say call Orthofi and Orthofi says call the office. So now I’m in collections and the office has not responded to me or to Orthrofi. I will never use them again. This should be a simple fix but it can’t get fixed if they don’t respond. They have even left me on hold from the automated system for four hours until they closed. I’ve requested a paid in full and proof of the removal and theirs is no response. Maybe all the offices are not like this but Snellville is a no go. Extrem

Dr. Ryan Richard and his team were wonderful to work with. Even after my teeth were straightened using Invisalign, their after-care was beyond compare. The team truly went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I keep the smile I'm so pleased with, even after my retainer cracked and my teeth shifted slightly. I couldn't ask for a better experience, both from Dr. Richard and the staff!

Sarah Chelsea was absolutely wonderful! She was warm, friendly, and her smile truly lights up the entire room (when her mask is off). She carried herself with the utmost professionalism and made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. Sarah was extremely attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I highly recommend her!

We went to Reve for a 2nd opinion after the dentist recommended trays. We got a comprehensive explanation of what’s really happening and a clear idea of how trays or braces would address the situation. The staff was very caring and chill the entire time. We will be using Reve for treatment
