I had such a great experience with Dr. Bass and I’m truly so thankful I found him. From the very first visit, he was incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. He always took the time to listen to my concerns and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. Before coming here, I saw multiple orthodontists who told me the only way to fix my underbite was through orthognathic surgery, which was overwhelming and discouraging. I am thankful for Dr. Bass, his knowledge, and demeanor. I had a whole bunch of different bites all in one. Other orthodontists told me I would need surgery to correct my bite, with braces on top of the surgery. Thankfully, Dr. Bass along with the MEAW technique offered me an alternative. I would much rather have braces than surgery, as surgery was never a consideration. I can finally bite down properly, and not spit all the time when I talk, lol. I have always been told that I wouldn’t be a candidate for Invisalign. My dentist told me if anyone would be able to do it Dr Bass would be the person to see. He has been able to help me reach my goals, and dream smile! I will be brining my daughter here for her braces next year. Office staff was amazing through out the whole process as well. She goes above and beyond to make every interaction smooth and stress-free. Even when I had to reschedule, she handled it with patience, kindness, and such a positive attitude. She is the kind of person who makes the entire office shine!! The doctor is excellent highly skilled, professional, and extremely informative. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and my teeth have never looked better! Victoria is amazing, and you can truly tell that she loves her career.
