Came here to get my braces, everyone was so nice, especially Ms.Towanda, and Dr. Patel. Thank you so much, excited to see my progress. I've been wanting braces for a while they were able to make it happen for me. Thank you!

We have been going here for two years now and the last couple visits for my sister has been very unpleasant. The last couple of dental hygienist have been rough physically and verbally mean. The dental hygenist are leaving old bands in my sisters mouth. Unfortunately, unable to transfer to different location since the treatment was started there initially. I've tried to reach the manager, no answer. I just would appreciate it if they would treat my sister with kindness, it's heartbreaking to have her come home crying and in pain from the aggressive treatment and care. I strongly advise against using this orthodontic practice. I was on a monthly payment plan and made a lump sum payment of $2,500. At the time, my balance was only $1,800. I was assured I would receive a refund for the overpayment—but I never did. I've contacted their third-party billing company, OrthoFi, multiple times. Each time, they redirected me back to the practice. I’ve sent letters, emails, made phone calls, and even visited in person, yet still no refund. I provided clear proof from my credit card company and the patient ledger showing I overpaid, and they continue to deny or delay the refund. Front Office staff was nice and helpful, while the people in the back were good and did their job, I feel like they could at least be a little more enthusiastic and nicer when speaking to patients, at least in my experience. Overall, not a bad office.

I’ve never had a bad experience until today with the Dental Assistant about my daughter , while inside the business she continued to tell her coworker she was being nice ABSOLUTELY not you don’t approach nobody saying AS A PARENT that really peed me off cause for one you don’t know conversations I have wit my child on a daily basis, by her stoping the receptionist from scheduling my appointment to pull in her in the back didn’t stop anything. I never had an issue until TODAY.
