Johns Creek Orthodontist and the collaboration with the dentist is theee absolutely best services place I have encountered in a very long time. I absolutely love them both. The two ladies that have this establishment are changing lives and making dentistry for your children done with ease. Beautiful people listen to me, even the financial part. Braces are not inexpensive right however even that is done with ease. Their customer services 3rd party suck but once you let them know you had a hard time the ladies in the front in both areas come to the rescue for sure. You would be a fool to take your child anywhere else for ALL your dentistry needs for the bundles of joy of your lives. My family has been coming here for about 5 yrs for the kids dentistry and my oldest was ready to start her braces journey 6 months ago. Everything has been great. The team here clearly enjoys working with kids. There's no stress or anxiety when I remind her that she's got an appointment. Everything was clearly explained up front so there is no guessing for me or my daughter. Pricing is very reasonable with lots of options. All my kids will be coming here as their need for orthodontic work comes up.

This place is terrible. My daughter went to get her replacement retainers, they didn’t book enough time for her appointment at 11am, told her she could come back at 3 if I could bring her and to call to confirm. Tried calling from 11:58am until 4pm, no one would answer. The central answering service even sent them an “URGENT” email to get them to call and confirm and nothing. Stay away. I can’t believe how unprofessional this office is. And to think I waited 2 weeks for this appointment when I could have just ordered replacement retainers online in a shorter time.

I would not recommend it.  They open once a week only, and it is impossible to reschedule. They told me my kid needs to be seen every 6 weeks, but when I need to reschedule (due to her test date at school), it is 5 months away.  They don't care about you, only their business, which only opens once a week. No one on the phone can answer your questions, just the doctor, which you have to schedule to meet in another 3 months .... Scheduled go meet at 2, came in at 2 and no one to see us until 2:30. The next time we were scheduled for 3:30, came in at 3:30, checked in. No one attended us. Came asked the receptionist at 15:55 and did not have a clear answer when we would be seen. Her attitude is also very weird. Got no excuse or sorry about the wait. You just wait and they don't care. Don't w

We love Family Orthodontics!!! They are amazing, very caring, and always pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.
