We were told that by paying for a membership, everything except the doctor’s services would be covered by insurance. After paying $200 for the first visit, we learned that additional services came with steep out-of-pocket costs. We asked directly about coverage, and the answer we got was misleading. We accept that we could have asked more specific questions, but we also believe that clarity and honesty should come from the provider. Patients deserve full transparency - especially when health and money are involved.

I just love this doctor and all her employees! Everyone is so nice, friendly, honest, and genuine. I always leave informed, helped, and taken care of. I feel listened to and actually cared about, and that's so important. Also, not having insurance is no problem and the self pay prices are completely reasonable. So happy to have found my new doctor!
