Visited last week. First off I hate the check in. Online requires payment. No problem I’ll do it there. Nope. Large kiosks in lobby where you feel like it is an airport or fast food kiosk where you’re doing your check in on giant screens while people stand next to you able to see everything. How this doesn’t violate HIPPA I have no clue. I refused. Told I could do upstairs so I went up once told that. Nope. They said I was checked in but they had none of my medical history on file. Told they had no way to add it but I could do a release form to get info of my past health, meds and everything else from my primary. I gave them my only MRI disc and said I wanted it back. Told 3 people including doctor. They could have the printed report. Doctor walked me out without it knowing I just stated I

Took my 4 year old daughter in for the ear doctor. We go to the back and the nurse just had a chip on her shoulder the whole time. I got asked why mom wasn't in today? and is mom available? "Mom's just know better." As if im not the father of my own child and just some random stranger. Also, my daughter had a bit of a freak out cause obviously shes 4 and random strangers poking and prodding at her ears is scary. Yet somehow, doctor and nurse, we're both just mortified that shes freaking out. Like it was an alien reaction. "Is this expected?" Like the whole thing just felt like we were a burden. And "making their job harder", I did hear that being said in the hallway. The young lady who was the nurses shadow was excellent, even gave my daughter stickers. If you dont like your job, get a new

I had a very disappointing experience at Cleveland Clinic, specifically due to the behavior of the receptionist named Kelly. From the very start of my visit, her tone and attitude were rude and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no patience, and I felt spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner while simply trying to check in and ask basic questions. Healthcare settings can already be stressful, and front desk staff set the tone for the entire visit. Unfortunately, this interaction added unnecessary discomfort and frustration. I expect professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect from someone in a patient-facing role, especially at an institution with such a strong reputation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that staff are reminded of the importance of respectful com

S. Kanner facility now has a rigorous security check point where you are 1st met by staff who usher you through a magnometer and directed to use a kiosk to sign in for the 2nd time after signing in online and then I was stopped by a security guard who demanded I empty my purse & allow him to examine it. This is egregious! I was appalled to be treated like some sort of criminal when all I wanted to do was to see my doctor this morning. Is it any wonder that their ratings are in the toilet. Gotta rethink any association with this group ESPECIALLY after the exodus of my primary & one of my specialist. Should have heeded that tell a year ago.

I was on Dr. Sarmiento's Waitlist for over a year for a physical. I was switched to her since the past two doctors I was established with at Cleveland Clinic left. She wouldn't see me for a regular physical but wanted to charge me for a new patient visit and have me return again for a physical. That is ridiculous. I left and scheduled an appointment with a higher ranked doctor and Jupiter Medical Center who would see me for a physical on the first visit.
