Family Fare Pharmacy

I called ahead for my refill, and was told my script was expiring, but that it would be filled that day. I waited, assuming everything was handled. When I later called to check, I was informed that they couldn't fill it because it had expired. This was never communicated to me. As a result, I was left without my medication and had to wait for a new script to be sent in. Which was difficult as I couldn't get an appointment right away. I was also told they would not provide a short emergency supply, which many pharmacies do in situations like this. This experience felt careless and poorly communicated, and it caused unnecessary stress.

I was genuinely shocked at how clueless the lady behind the counter was. Like, it was scary how bad she messed up my daughter’s prescription. She was mixing my daughter’s antibiotics with water and I saw her add a tiny amount to both bottles. She then proceeded to charge my $25 when all my insurance info was in the system. It should’ve been free, my insurance covered it. She charged it and didn’t charge me. I just had a feeling I should look inside the antibiotic bottle and it was pure powder. Not liquid at all. I brought it back in and brought it to her attention and she just kept saying “oh well I thought I added 9mL of water.” No, she added .9 mL. I was highly annoyed and she didn’t seem apologetic, she just kept trying to cover her butt by saying she added 9mL water. The main pharmacis

I waited in line only to be told the pharmacist was leaving for lunch and the Rx that was called in by the doctor was not ready. Since a snow storm was coming in, I waited 30 minutes for her to come back and got back in line. When I got to the front of the line, I was asked to step aside because someone else had been waiting for a long time. Are you kidding? I told the tech I had been waiting over 30 minutes, but I was still asked to step aside. I stepped back up to the window after that person left and I was asked to step aside again. I had been waiting just like everyone else. I deserve the same service but I didn’t get it.

Perpetually rude. Like every time you go here to pick up a prescription they act as if you're interrupting their day. Each time it seems like a huge chore and they seem irritated. They also are kind of bad at it. Even with several hours to prepare, they still don't have it ready, or if given a day to fill it and an issue comes up with the script? They will simply not fill it and wait for you to show up. It's happened multiple times with the same med. Refill is ordered. It's not covered by insurance. They simply say, "Nah, I won't fill it." I come in asking to pick it up, get told it wasn't filled because insurance denied it. I say, "Yeah, makes sense, we've done this 4 times. I don't care, I'll pay the whole 30 bucks out of pocket." They look at you as if you're speaking an alien languag

Closes at 7pm all of a sudden! No one told me when I called this morning!
