EagleEye Performance Vision

After surviving a stroke in August, my Holland Hospital PT and OT recommended I seek vision therapy with Dr. Neil Renaud at Eagle Eye. I am so fortunate that I followed their advice! I did once a week therapy sessions with Rhonda and daily vision exercises at home. The exercises changed each week and were tailored to my needs. I graduated from therapy yesterday and have regained my peripheral vision, depth perception and every other vision deficiency. Best of all, I was able to compare my testing from yesterday to how I tested in August. The improvement was dramatic, the results quantifiable not subjective. EagleEye helped my double vision which occurred due to a stroke improve significantly.  The initial therapy organization that I participated with following my stroke did an excellent job with PT and classical OT.  However, their eye therapy that was handled through the OT was limited with no noticeable vision improvement.  EagleEye provided the required focused vision improvement support.  Dr. Neil Renaud and Rhonda the vision therapist did an excellent job in assessment and guided eye exercise therapy to significantly reduce my double vision.  EagleEye was recommended to me by a hospital nurse attending me following my stroke as well as an OT at my initial therapy organization.

Dr Neil and his team are amazing. We worked with Sarah for therapy and she was so great at customizing exercises and games to my daughter’s hobbies and interests. What is great about Eagle Eye Performance is the thoroughness of their exam and evaluation tools to catch issues that we never caught in the first place. I appreciate the time they spent with my daughter and her success with the program.

Such a genuinely life-changing experience! I had no idea that at 40 I’d be able to retrain my eyes to improve the double vision had been gradually getting worse for me. Dr. Neil’s skills of assessing and creating a custom plan gave me hope for possibilities of improvement. My eye therapist Rhonda helped me weekly over the course of my almost year-long commitment feel encouraged, meet challenges, and see my improvements. She and Dr. Neil helped customize my home exercises so they were targeted to results I specifically wanted. And yes, it was a lot of time, work, and money, but it’s beyond worth it to now say I’m able to see single again and enjoy nature and reading, and walks, and so much more like I used to! Dr Neil and Staff at Eagle Eye are one of a kind. Their heart to help people with their vision problem is such a gift. We had 2 kiddos go through their programs, each design specifically for their needs. We have seen HUGE success, in fact one kiddo was cleared of their diagnosis from where they started. So incredibly happy and blessed by this organization.
