Family Discount Pharmacy

I’ve had two separate instances where I wasn’t notified about issues with my prescriptions being filled. When I called to ask about it, the staff were extremely rude—interrupting me and raising their voices. This is completely unprofessional. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere and won’t be recommending this pharmacy. Walmart Pharmacy, for example, is always courteous and keeps me informed if there’s an issue.

I don't even want to give this business a one star! I stopped using this Pharmacy years ago because of the way they handle their business, my 80-year-old mother still uses Family Discount Pharmacy, she is constantly having problems with their medication, from receiving the wrong medication, to not receiving it at all! Their same song and dance is it's not ready, even though the doctor called in the prescription hours in advance, sometimes it's not even ready to the same day... This local business either needs a shut its doors or find a new staff! I highly do not recommend this Pharmacy in the Ponca City area!

I do not recommend this pharmacy as the employees are EXTREMELY unprofessional.

I'm so glad I made the move here before the big pharmacy closed its doors! These people are always kind, quick, and professional. Even though their customer base has increased, they are the same! Recommend!

We've been using this pharmacy for some time and have not had any complaints until today. While inquiring about new prescriptions using new insurance, the pharmacy tech Brittany was extremely rude. Starting new medication and changing insurance is difficult enough without having to deal with a short tempered, snide speaking, uncaring technician. If I understood pharmacy acronyms I would've have asked for an explanation.
