Family Dental Health of Forest Acres

Due to scheduling issues, I moved my children from their dentist to Family Dental Health of Forest Acres about a year ago. Since moving, my children don't fuss about going to the dentist. From day 1, the staff has always been friendly, kind and professional. I made the decision about 2 months ago to move myself, as it is much closer to where I work. It was the BEST experience and care I have ever received at a dentist office! My hygienist was friendly, patient and kind. We laughed throughout the whole appointment. The dentist who came into check my teeth was amazing! Appointments are easy to schedule around our crazy schedules! I wish I had moved everyone sooner!

I came in for a cleaning and Janelle was absolutely fantastic! She made me calm and extremely helpful and informative. I had some issues at a previous dental office and was a bit apprehensive. Not after talking to her!!! The dentist was so sweet. Sorry forgot her name….But she was very friendly and not dry like a lot of dentists are. She also was very informative and made me feel at ease!!

his was my first time coming in for a teeth cleaning, and I had a really good experience. Janine, the hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hicklin was also very personable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole staff made the visit easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were no unnecessary procedures suggested. The care was competent and compassionate. I appreciated the fact that the hygienist was not chatty but focused and informative.

I was greeted very well by the office staff and the atmosphere in the office was very soothing. Atmosphere makes me feel at home. The dental technician was very professional, while at the same time very easy to talk to. She answered my questions as best she could and referred the questions on to the dentist that she may have not known the answers to, The dentist was also nice and professional. It was a great visit. I was there for a cleaning. I was in at 8:00 and out by 8:41.
