Family Dental Care- Spartanburg

Very understanding and caring, I've had a broken tooth, and abscess they got me in right away of course there is a wait time but that's to be expected. They accepted my insurance which is Medicaid. Please if you come here don't be mad because you have to wait, they're doing the best they can.

Unfortunately one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. Staff were nice and seemed to care, however the doctor that did fillings on me was HORRIBLE. From start to finish, I felt as though I was a bother to her. I saw Dr. Aparna Ashok. I explained my discomfort several times and she would get annoyed at me for being vocal,(I could see her eyes rolling) At a point during the fillings I felt as though I couldn’t breathe because there was a pool of saliva in the back of my throat sitting there and the device they use to help suction sucked and wasn’t doing its job. When I told the assistant she would shove an aspirator for suction in between spaces while the doctor was working, my gums were getting hammered, it was so painful!! I left the office shaking and went hom

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional. My daughter has been going for four months and every visit there is nothing done. He keeps saying her teeth are not clean but they are. I am literally wasting my money. Dr Edelmann is very unprofessional, I asked to speak with him and as soon as he came out you could hear him rudely say where is she. There was no clear explanation as to why I’m wasting my money and no progress has been made. I do not recommend.

I'm a new patient first and second appointment was great!! better than other dentist I've been to best visit in a very long time . I will continue my dental care here. The dentist was very nice and the hygienist as well everyone is great in this office!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! SCAMMMMM I had MCD and wanted a cleaning and exam done. I didn’t have much expectations since not many offices accept MCD but this place was NASTY and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After looking at my teeth they said I’d need a deep cleaning which MCD doesn’t cover and they refused to give me a regular cleaning saying I need to get cleaning under my gums ect !!! The India dr later came and compared my teeth cleaning to what would I do if I needed a heart surgery… would I actually cure the problem????? The tools were on a bare dirty table. I didn’t even feel comfortable getting a cleaning from them. I refused and took my X-rays to west gate family dental where they happily gave me a regular cleaning and were very caring and clean.
