Family Dental Care of Rogers

Recently had my first dental visit here at Family Dental Care of Rogers and it went great. Their office is clean, the hygienist and staff are friendly and patient, and their equipment is updated and modern. The tools they use are better than quite a few places I've been in the past. The hygienist was friendly, explained everything well, and efficient. She had a good touch, took her time, and it was easy and comfortable getting the cleaning. The dentist also had a gentle touch, explained everything well and it was easy. I would definitely recommend going here, they treat people well, have a great team of people to help from the moment you walk in until you leave. I was really happy I came and happy when I left.

The staff here were so friendly and professional from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Their team is awesome! They are also very understanding. Emma one of the dental hygienists there is amazing and did more than just clean my teeth during my appointment. I definitely felt heard/seen. I recommend this place 100%

Had really great experience here. In my entire life this is my second visit to dentist and never was disappointed here. Quick and easy appointments and staff are really great, helpful and experienced. Mostly staff helps with everything and doctor comes at the end to crosscheck everything. Overall all my experience was great I would highly recommend this place.

I made an appointment for my first time visit here a week and a half ago. On the day of my appointment, I ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half - I finally had to leave because I had to return to work. I had to use 2 hours of PTO and didn't get anything done, which was really frustrating. Now I have to use more PTO for another dental appointment. The staff seemed nice, but as this was my first impression, I probably won't return.

Family Dental has been taking care of my 95 year old dad for a few years now. They are always courteous, kind and patient with us. They have been completely committed to his maintaining what he has with the goal of keeping him out of a lower denture. They have been amazing! I would not take him anywhere else.
