Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was an inconvenience just for showing up. They were short with me when I asked questions and gave off a very unwelcoming attitude every single visit I had. The dentist himself was even worse completely lacking in bedside manner. He came into the room already irritated, didn’t bother to explain anything clearly, and snapped at me when I asked a simple question about my treatment & told me everything was my Fault . When I expressed concern about my situation he acted like I was exaggerating and told me my tooth was perfectly fine . became defensive instead of listening. He clearly loves to argue and has no patience or empathy It’s obvious he cares more about being right than actual

I don’t know who is in charge of the google map listing but they need to correct a number of important factors. Number 1, hours of operation. No dental office is opened 24 hrs 5 days out the week. Number 2, answer/return phone calls. These simple errors cost me $200.00 in switching insurances and paying for emergency dental visit thanks to this office being both unorganized and unprofessional.

Horrible service worst dental office in the Rockaways nobody answers the phone or gives you a call back horrible I would not recommend
