Family Dental Care

I had a dental hygiene appointment at this office. When I was discussing making the appointment with the receptionist I inquired if the dental hygienest lady had a lot of experience. So when I arrived for my teeth cleaning, a guy sat next to my reclined chair and was getting prepared to do my dental hygiene. I was surprised to see a guy doing that and I was not advised when I made the appointment that the hygienist was a guy. I was not at all please to have a guy sticking his hands/fingers in my mouth. But i just accepted it and stayed quiet. But it won't happen again. I should've been told ahead of time. I may had chosen to keep the appointment or cancelled it after some thought. So, now I would've cancelled the appointment for sure. I am not prejudiced but I do prefer a woman hygienist

The first day I visited this office, the lady dentist wasn't very polite, although I did reschedule and return for the extraction. The next few days, I experienced another toothache, so I called the office back to see if something was missed on the X-rays. Tell me please somebody if they are not going to view all those X-rays they take why on earth do they take so many??? I was so outdone with this lady when she told me after the fact that another tooth needs tending to. No I do not recommend this business because charging my insurance for the X-rays and allowing me to leave the office with a problem that was noticeable in the X-rays is disturbing to me. Now I have to find another dentist to fix this problem. I gave them a 2 because the assistant was polite and the lobby was clean
