Family Dental Associates

This is the cheapest place to get dental work done in town, and now I know why. It starts with the reception. Charity is fine to deal with while you're scheduling initially, but once they get your money she is rude, condescending, and hateful. If you need to schedule a follow up or call with any questions, she will talk to you like a second rate citizen. My husband did need a follow up, and on the day of, he was going to be 10 minutes late. I called to inform the office and they said it would be fine and they would see him. Once he got there, they refused to see him because he was 11 minutes late rather than 10. And of course , because of this, he was treated with disrespect and discharged as a patient. The whole staff is very friendly! I had to get a top plate denture from the moment I walked in the door to being 1 week out from the procedure they helped me every way possible getting a plan together answering my 1000 questions doing a great job with extraction and denture placement. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone who has seen my new teeth want to go here now.

Absolutely love them! Everyone there is more than considerate and empathetic to your needs and feelings. They remember who you are and welcome you by name everytime you're there. They'll make you feel like family throughout the entire process of whatever it is you're having done. They act more as a support team than dental associates. I would definitely refer them to every single person I know or meet and can't thank them enough for getting me through the procedures I had to have done. The day I came across this place and became a patient, was one of my biggest blessings.

Their website says that they are accepting new patients and that they also accept any emergencies, tooth aches, etc. When I called the lady was pretty rude and quickly told me that they aren't accepting any new patients and before I could say anything else she quickly added "and I don't know who is" as if that was what I was going to ask her. Maybe they should fire her and use that money to invest in a person to update their website.

Very nice, professional and accommodating. Got me in to be seen for an emergency since my normal dentist was out of the office all week. I got the help I needed.
