Great experience for Cardi and me! Doctor was very nice but wasn't with him as mucha s his assistant. She was wonderful and very helpful in answering all my questions. Felt like we were heard not just rushed thru. Thanks to all.

We brought my sweet sick cat in to be seen, and she had went downhill so fast that we didn’t think anything could be done. They gave her the best chance at survival, but ultimately we ended up humanely euthanizing her. The Veterinary Healthcare crew was so kind and supportive through the entire process. They made a tough situation a little bit easier.

I’m very angry with the service I received from the vets office and staff. Starting with the dark hair receptionist, she was very rude at our last appointment. And the vet himself supposedly took X-rays of my dogs leg and hip after her second time there in less than a month, he said she only had MILD arthritis and gave her medication. But she NEVER got better so after spending 2000 dollars there I ended up taking my dog to Hilltop veterinary clinic only to find out she has a torn ACL!! I am very angry , disappointed and dissatisfied with Veterinary Healthcare Clinic and I will be moving my pets to Hilltop Veterinary Clinic where they actually care about animals!!

Had one of my puppies pass suddenly Thursday night. I could not get in to have his brother checked out anywhere. Called VHC and they said to come in ASAP and they would see him. Drove 1.5 hrs and they rushed us right in. The amount of concern for my pup and the heart felt condolences from the staff was amazing. I can't thank the team enough and will be back for normal vet services.

Called to get my baby (cat) in on short notice as a new patient due to an acute illness. The staff that answered the phone were so kind and understanding and got her in the next morning. She ended up having to stay overnight and most of the next day. Keep in mind, this was on a Friday into the weekend and we were updated often and were able to pick her up before the weekend was over and it was actually later in the evening. The staff are nothing short of amazing and I am so glad that we were able to get in when we did and were met with such kindness. I can’t recommend them enough!! ❤️❤️
