Walden Drug

I had to give 1 star just to post. Jeremy I just want to let you know that yall don't have to worry about me anymore. Im done. Rude people, they are very disrespectful to me. & when I have called in the past the lady that answered the phone said " what do you want?" So yall don't have to worry about me . The only thing nice I can say is thank you Jeremy for giving me my shots. ( flu/ covid). If its the right stuff. The young lady is always rude. But now I know who yall are & how your staff treats their elderly customers and yes im older than her im just done. So have a blessed day & always remember God Don't like ugly.... God sees & hears all.even your thoughts. So I would suggest since she said that you don't pay her enough to keep the business going maybe she needs to go find another

I'm tired of the judgmental attitudes of the staff.they just assume.things when I call. I told her to pour the medicine down the drain that wasn't what I called about but she made it about that. That youngest lady Kayleigh or whatever her name is is rude & hateful. I never threatened anyone im not that type of person but sure alot of finger pointing going on & alot of assumptions. Yes sir you owe me money. But you won't have to ever worry about me anymore. I'm over it.

My personal experience with Walden drug has been great! I haven’t lived in Paragould all my life so I didn’t grow up around here and I’ve had an extensive medical history so it was important for me to find a pharmacy that I was comfortable with and Walden was it! When I first started using them as my primary pharmacy I knew I had found my pharmacy home! They have always treated me above and beyond a customer they are more like friends and when you go to walk out the door and you hear,” thanks Paul”! It makes you feel like more than just a customer!!

My mom used Walden when I was a child and then when I got older and had kids I kept using them. Very nice and friendly. They will go above and beyond to help you. They do have few issues but I know they are working hard to fix them. Jeremy is very supportive in youth baseball I have grandkids that play. I will highly recommend them to anyone wanting to switch pharmacies. God Bless y'all.

Walden drugs has been great ! I have been getting all my Rx filled there since I moved here 3 years ago. They help in any way they can. They have worked with my DR to help when insurance tries to deny paying for some Rx's. Really nice folks.
