Family Care PA

Came to this place with my husband and waited for a longgggggggggg time. No one was even there but they still made us wait more than 2 hours. Place was a joke don’t waste your time. Staff could give a crap if you walk out. Gave them one star because I have to in order to post this review.

We received excellent service today in this branch in Green Brook! From receptionists, nurse till doctor. Doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and she take time to explain everything. Thank you !

I really like all of the staff in Greenbrook. When your not feeling well it's nice to be treated and cared for by their wonderful staff. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their services.

Great care, nice staff, and very knowledgeable doctors! HOWEVER, I've been going here for years (all times of day, any day of the week) and have NEVER been in and out in less than 2 hours. Even when there is only one other car in the parking lot.

Staff and doctors were polite but it took 2.5 hours for a simple blood and urine sample on a day that was not busy. Over an hour for the Dr to come in and another hour for the nurse to actually take the sample. You pretty much have to take the entire day off if you want to come to this office as it’s always like this. The last time I had blood work here I had to call them multiple times for the results because no one ever got back to me
