I had severe pain this morning! So I called the dentist emergency number! They helped me and I saw the dentist!!! Not very happy that it was not Dr. Petrini! Hopefully he will be back soon!!! I get very anxious about dentists! Dr. Petrini has a very good bedside manner and he is good at what he does!

My 15 yo was basically kicked out of the office today be side she was sad—crying—about having cavities. The dental hygienist laughed at her. The dentist said he wasn’t going to deal with my daughter. He said he was going to refer her to a pediatric dentist in Warren. All of this After demanding and taking X-rays. Is it unreasonable for a doctor to display compassion and empathy? He had Already filled a cavity for her previously with nitrous oxide since he said she had anxiety. He suggested the pediatric doctor could give her Valium or some anti-anxiety medicine. (She’s Only 15!) He said I thought it was a joke but how would he work on her when she was flailing around. All of this because she showed some human emotion. I asked him if any adults ever cried in his office. He didn’t answer. I

Do not let Dr. Carroll work on you. My first visit with him, he told me "I don't like how your filling were done," (which were done by another dentist at the same location) and he "reversed the damage." I came back and forth with problems about 4x since November '22. I've been in so much pain and I have not been able to chew on my left side in almost a year. I took my business elsewhere and now I need a root canal and more which is going to be $5000+ because my new dentist told me there is so much bone and nerve damage where my fillings were done and redone and done and redone. He touched my mouth and that work wasn't necessary and now I'M paying for the damage when I shouldn't have to. Zero stars!

My wife and I came in for a teeth whitening procedure with, Dr. Dibling. He was professional, very thorough in explaining the process, and also helpful with sharing insight and advice on other dental procedures we inquired about. All-in-all we had a pleasant experience and felt in "good hands" throughout our visit. It's only the first session of two or possibly three, but if these initial results are any indication, then we're sure that we'll be quite pleased with the end product. Thank you!!
