I’m so grateful to have Carbon Health Urgent Care so close to home. I’ve come here a handful of times, and each visit has been consistently positive. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and every provider I’ve seen has been patient, informative, and thorough in making sure I leave with a clear understanding of my care. I’ve had the opportunity to see a few different doctors here, and all of them have been excellent. I’ve seen Sebastian a few times in particular, and he is absolutely great! The location was easy to get to and near my house. The center was super clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly. The nurse was great too. The PA Sebastian was amazing. So comforting yet indicated what was the more serous aspects of my condition without scaring me. Sent me a full summary of what was said in case I forgot something with my nerves. When I told him my CVS was closed he told me the Walgreens that was open til 10pm which was great! My daughter has visited there two weeks ago and had similar experience which is why I went there. I was not disappointed.

The support staff at this office was excellent. Hannah the receptionist and Naz the Medical Assistant were both professional and incredibly helpful—a true highlight of my visit. However, my experience with the on-staff physician, Sofya, was extremely disappointing and concerning. While courteous, she was not knowledgeable about simple medical inquiries or a straightforward diagnosis. I have a strong background in healthcare, backed by documented research and consultations with other knowledgeable doctors, which allowed me to recognize the inaccuracy of the information provided. After only a few minutes of receiving incorrect guidance, I immediately knew I needed to seek care elsewhere and couldn't even complete my list of reasons for visiting. The receptionist and nurse were super nice! The waiting environment was also very comforting. My only complaint was for the doctor who saw me. It felt very rushed. I expressed that I think I was experiencing flu/cold symptoms. She checked my throat and my lungs, and was quick with prescribing me a cough syrup and a steroid. I wish she would've done an extra test to make sure I didn't have anything contagious since I would be going back to work soon.

I have been here multiple times and the receptionist Zainab always has an attitude. Today was my last straw - walked in with my husband at 620. He said he wanted to be seen and she immediately says theres no more appointments available for today. My husband went online and there was a 630 and 645 available . Didn't even ask what the visit was for. If you are opened until 7 why are you turning patients away 40 mins before closing with 2 people waiting in the waiting area.
