The worst experience of my life. First appointment 30 mins past scheduled time. Follow up sat for an hour past scheduled time before I walked out. Rescheduled Follow up same thing an hour past scheduled time I walked out. Will never return

Such a great experience! I had sick kiddos and Dr. McGouran’s office staff got us right in same day appointment! Everyone was very nice and patient with my kids. Dr. McGouran is quick but also one of the most knowledgeable doctors we have met. The staff of ladies is efficient and friendly. Keep up the good work!

I have gone to falling water for all my life and now I take my kiddos! Love the doctors and all the staff! They are also able to fit you in same day!

They never called me back for a follow up about my x-rays. I finally called them after a month of my x-rays being taken they set me an appointment up went to my appointment waited there for a whole hour. I never got called back, even though everybody that came in after me was seen.

Fallingwater Medical staff and Doctors are amazing. Dr. McGouran's been my doctor since I was 18. He was pediatrician for both my kids and has been their doctor all their life.(I trust very few doctors with my children's health.) The staff treat you like family and they genuinely care for their patients. As the mom of a special needs child health crisis and emergencies happen often. More than twice I've found peace in multiple staff (& friends) including Doc gathering around me to comfort me and to pray for my son. They treated the physical then tended to the emotional me. They have experience, they're competent, they care. They work hard to meet your health care needs. Fallingwater Medical Associates has my trust.
