Fairview Pharmacy - Highland Park

Great service at Fairview Pharmacy-Highland Park. Small pharmacy and very helpful staff, with some cool sundries. I love their puzzles! Stuff you might like to have if you’re at home with a cold and sniffles.

Truly some magicians working here, they somehow make Walgreens and CVS seem pleasant. The staff on the phone and in person are some combination of rude, incompetent, or clueless.

I used to go to Walgreens nearby and this location is much more professional! No orders have been mixed up and the staff are great. Getting in and out can be a little challenging.

I'm pretty puzzled by some of the negative reviews and in my experience this is the most reliable pharmacy in the area. I've been so relieved to find it after extremely stressful and difficult experiences elsewhere where. They fill prescriptions fast that anywhere else and have medication reliably in stock! Hallelujah! I've only had pleasant experiences and positive customer service. The only problem is the parking, there are very few parking spots and they're pretty much the only option for at least a block. But that doesn't deter me from utilizing this pharmacy.

I have always found the staff at this pharmacy to be very nice and helpful. No concerns there but there have been enough times where it has taken them a long time to even find my prescription that I wonder if they don't need a more organized approach in that regard. If your prescription is not in one of the hanging folders then it could be anywhere and it can a long time for a staff person to actually find it.
