I would like to give a special thank you to Paulette and facilities team at Fairfax nursing/ rehab center. Paulette And her team was absolutely wonderful. They responded quickly to our concerns, fixed issues right away, and always did so with kindness and respect. In a rehabilitation setting, small things can make a big difference in comfort and peace of mind, and their dedication really showed. We are very grateful for their hard work and support! Fairfax Nursing Center is the best facility for any patient starting from skilled to dialysis. The staff are wonderful and have friendly demeanor. We you get into the building you see everybody including the patients smiling. The building is under renovation, and it is looking marvelous. Very hard-working staff. I recommend family members to get their beloved ones to Fairfax Nursing Center.

Fairfax rehab and nursing center was so helpful and caring to my father while he was staying in the facility. The social services department was very helpful in explaining what to expect while he was here, and helping put me at ease. I could not recommend this place more.

The experience was great. My grandaunt spent a few weeks at the rehab center and from the admissions, the welcoming, jumpstart, the care through to when she was released was wonderful. Every single person involved work her care was very nice, especially the admissions team, Gertrude, Mel, and co. They answered every question we had. Very helpful team. I used to take one of my relatives to this rehabilitation center, and what I witnessed there honestly broke me. This place is supposed to help people heal — but instead, it feels like a place where compassion and care have completely disappeared. They don’t have enough supplies. I’ve seen them sharing wipes and briefs between rooms, like it’s normal. That’s not only wrong — it’s disrespectful to the people they’re supposed to be caring for. Hygiene is a basic need, not an option. Yes, they have linens, and yes, the nurses are absolute angels. They’re kind, patient, and doing everything they can — but their hands are tied because management is the real problem. The management is immature, careless, and straight-up neglectful.
