All the staff, the assistant, the receptionist all the staff were very helpful. I was quite nervous, but they made me feel at ease with their professionalism. No one wants to go get tooth pulled, but the staff there made you feel so comfortable thank you for making an unpleasant thing pleasant.

This place is great. They explained the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns. The level of professionalism here unmatched. They took real good care of me and I would not hesitate to go back.

When they collect payment before procedure do not trust them as they preform services not covered and threaten you with phone call when trying to ask question Another dr causes nothing but bills from using them Yes after inspecting statement from insurance they charged me for xray when they were explicitly told to remove two teeth. Don't go here on referral they are going to do same thing to you. When I was sitting in lobby was a very mad lady who had been overcharged they admitted they had made a mistake but ultimately it was to late to fix. That should have been my first sign

Their charging and refund process is ridiculous. No matter what insurance you have and how much it is covered, they charge you like 80% of the total bill and refund later, which has been taking more than two months now. It is July and I still haven’t received my refund for a wisdom teeth removal done in early April.

I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted recently. It was a wonderful experience from the initial consultation through the procedure. Dr. Park and the entire staff were superb. Dr. Park took the time to explain everything to me in detail. My procedure was painless and fast. My recovery went extremely well. I am now fully recovered.
