Dr. Ayati is fantastic and impeccably honest. Years ago she changed 3 crowns absolutely free of charge because, in retrospect, she was not happy with the lab. She spends all the time necessary until she is completely pleased with the fit, adjusting until it is ideal. My old dentist popped crowns in and exclaimed, "perfect," when it wasn't. She said his work was lousy and she was right. I could go on and on, but my point is that I completely trust her and her office.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff were very respectful, kind, and professional from start to finish. The dentist took time to explain my situation clearly and treated me with care and patience. I felt comfortable and respected throughout the visit, which really matters to me. Highly recommended.

I’ve been visiting Fairfax Dental Group for years and I have always been incredibly happy with their service, starting with their office staff on through the dental hygienists and dentists. I experienced one minor issue years ago, and they handled it with such professionalism that looking for a different practice was never a possibility. Fairfax Dental Group is truly all one could want from their visit to the dentist!

A BIG SHOUT OUT to Jessica. She runs the front desk/patient check-in. Her attitude is always bright and cheery. Multiple times she rescheduled my many appointments (to the fault of my own) and not once did she become upset or irritated at me (and she had every right to be ... lol). Instead, she accommodated my work schedule and often reached out to me via voicemail and text to ensure I was happy and good to go. Thanks Jessica!! You are such a huge asset to that practice. You deserve a big raise!

I’ve been with Fairfax dental group for about 5 years now. David is really nice and always very thorough! All doctors and receptionist I’ve met are nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place
