The experience was good even with an expensive outcome. I was impressed with the appropriate use of disinfectant products between each patient for example: Lead apron cleaned and low-level disinfected which while not required it is a good practice. More care to come so we will see how it shapes up further own the line.

This office goes above and beyond. They run on time, keep everything spotless, and create a calm, reassuring environment. The entire staff is amazing and Dr Yi is the best—skilled, compassionate, and attentive.

Best dental office I’ve ever been to. The staff is all great and I got the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had here. I’ve never waited more than 5 mins and Dr. Chang is so nice and gentle.

Went for my first two wisdom teeth and they did a great job but went for a singular one this year and was horrified. I expressed that i still wanted to be "asleep" during the procedure despite it being only one tooth this time, and the dr told me " i don't think you need we will try without okay, see how u do" i was already nervous based off of that because i didn't feel comfortable being awake during it but i tried to push through anyways to not be a nag. Immediate pain and i raise my arm to signal. He asked me with the rubber mold in my mouth still to rate my pain. Of course i struggle to respond he takes my mouthpiece off and i say even with the numbing needle i could feel everything. he proceeds to give me another shot in my mouth and continues with the procedure. i was still processin
