Dr. Derek Johnson was great, and I loved the medial staff in the back, but the people at the front desk seem like they don’t even want to assist you. Over the phone is worse.. I called to make an appointment for my first allergy shot (I didn’t know I could make one online), and the person on the phone tells me “you can actually make the appointment online sooo….”. She then proceeds to tell me to schedule it online instead. That’s great, but since I was already on the phone, couldn’t you just schedule it then? Very rude. Everyone else was great though.

This office has a great team. Very knowledgeable folks, each with a positive attitude. I have finished several years of allergy shots with them and am now essentially allergy free!

One of the most amazing experiences I have ever received at a doctor's office. I had to get an urgent allergy test done and the staff worked with me to fit me in and treated me with such care and kindness. The owner of the practice even took time to speak to me and made me feel so at ease. I am so impressed by all of the staff and doctors and would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Johnson and staff are the best, very friendly , professional, and take care of your needs. I have been getting allergy shots for a little bit and I am amazed at the difference it has made. I have even got my daughter to start getting them and she can now sleep with her furry dog when before she couldn't even be in the same room. Definitely recommend Dr. Johnson and staff if you have ANY type of issue. They are the best.

We love the staff at Fairfax Allergy and Athsma! They have always been very attentive and top notch 👌. We have been clients since my son was 2 years old. Now he is a freshman in high school. We have traveled from 2 different counties to see them and would never go elsewhere.
