Fairchild Oaks Dental Care

The only reason I’m giving a two is because of the assistant. I took my grandma in for an exam to get a replacement top denture plate. It is a nice office, well decorated, large, and empty. We were taken in for her exam, and everything was going normally until the dentist, Dr. D, came in. My grandma tried to explain to her that she didn’t want to wait for the 1-4 MONTHS quoted for the turn around time, and told the dentist she would go to the company who offers same day/next day service. What happened after that was, quite frankly, the most frustrating and insulting experience I’ve ever witnessed. Dr. D looked my grandma in the face and told her there’s no way possible she got her old dentures in one day, and that it was so long ago that she must be remembering wrong. That there was NO WA

Kim assisted me with x-rays and cleaning my teeth. She was wonderful, very personable, and I enjoyed the appointment. It did take a while to actually see the dentist. She was only in there, maybe 5 minutes. Max, and unfortunately, I couldn't understand what her name was, but all in all, it was a good experience, and I will be coming back in 6 months.

Dr. Prieto at Fairchild Oaks Dental Care was such a blessing for our family. My dad had been through so much with his health and was losing weight - we were really concerned. Dr. Prieto reviewed his case with real care, got him in quickly, and worked with the lab to make his partials right away. Seeing my dad smile and enjoy food again means the world to us. I’m so grateful for Dr. Prieto’s compassion, skill, urgency and kindness. Highly recommend!!!

Well I must say they were very prompt in giving me an appointment and the building and the interior are very nice and most of the people were very nice and accommodating. I was supposed to have a special introductory offer for new patients of $129 which would include a cleaning, x-rays, and exam. Well after extensive photographs and x-rays the doctor came in and looked at my teeth and gave some dictation to whoever was sitting behind me and that was that and I said what about the cleaning? I was told that I needed a cleaning that went beyond their normal cleaning and would not be included in this special offer. I had an idea of this was sort of a ruse to get patients in. So after expressing my surprise I went with this very nice person named Ashley who showed me what the cost of my project
