Would give a 0 stars if i could. They Prescribed glasses for my young son that weren't necessary. The 2nd time they tried me, she insisted i pay at that time otherwise the "discount" would no longer be available once i walked out. She also wouldn't give me a script. A form that was filled out for school had a huge VOID on it after I wouldn't purchase glasses. Even the school nurse was surprised about that! They're more concerned with money than actually helping get a diagnosis and paperwork for school. That main woman in the office who processes the money REALLY tries to trick you. I'm still annoyed that i wasted money the 1st time. It felt wrong but i fell for her BS. I switched to a Dr, Partnered with Sight MD, in bay shore and she even told me that the diagnosis was exaggerated.

1. It took a very long time to get my glasses. OVER A MONTH! nO BIG DEAL SINCE i WAS STILL USING MY OLD PAIR. 2, When I got my new pair everything was blurry. I was told that I had to get used to them. After a month everything is still blurry. I went to another Dr. and had an exam. It was totally different. The place I went to said that Bella Eyewear screwed up!! If I could give them a rating lower then 1 I would. Stay away from these people.

Alot of changes around the place, good energy and great help. The man at the front desk really helped me with my contacts; encouraged me to ask questions if I needed help. The woman there as well helped me right away, they fixed my broken glasses right on the spot.

Very poor customer service, very sad that they take advantage of the elderly and others as I see from previous reviews. Unprofessional business practices. They have office hours and do not abide by them, their voicemail is full and can not take messages. Please do not use this place! They took a deposit for glasses from my mother and she was fully covered and refused to return it. They added extra protection even though she said she couldn’t afford it. Now I can’t track them down!

Awful scam artist stay away incompetent DR exam was a joke took my children in room without me didn't perform complete exam only glasses available under plan that they offered us was children tray no adult prescription printed with incorrect info DO NOT GO THERE BEWARE
