My 1st appointment was met with a evil look from the recipientist and was getting bad vibes from everyone else even the doctor. As if they're better than me. I started to walk out and I think I should have. I was told a time limit for my glasses to be ready, I'm still waiting a week pass the time I was given

I have been waiting over a month and a half for my daughters trial lenses. I waited 3 weeks for her glasses I received notifications 2 times that these products were ready. I took my daughter there and sent her in alone because she is 17. They said she had not ordered contact lenses so I had to come in. Then they said they were not there when I went into the office. The second time I was told not to come unless I am called because the system is down. My daughter is in the is program taking classes for college credits and she needs her glasses I have already paid for the services and now my daughters grades may be effected do not use this doctor.

Great doctors and staff. I was very please with the service that I received. I was able to get my Grandson glasses after not knowing he needed them. The doctors were not in a rush to do your eye exams like most doctors are. My family will be going back. Keep up the great job.
