Very pleasant experience, especially a shout-out to Jimmy: he is competent, friendly and went above and beyond in the fitting of my RayBan Meta glasses. The polish was perfect and I can see very, very well. Anyway, I was happy and thought Jimmy and community should know. The office has a very wide array of frames and I appreciate the flexibility of getting in.

Great selection of frames and such great service! If they tell you they’re going to call back they will. If you want to schedule an appointment they’ll pick up the phone. Their processes are quick and comfortable and their people are all friendly. Definitely recommend!

Dr.Lori Balmer and her staff are absolutely the best you can find in this area.They are all very friendly and very professional. DR. Balmer is absolutely the best at eyes , I have worn glasses my whole life and when I leave here,I know they are right. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone. The staff is nice and professional. I have been satisfied with Dr. Balmer's diagnosis. She is the only Ophthalmologist who was able to prescribe the correct prescription for my eyesight eye sights and showed real concerns when I have questions regarding my declining vision. She referred to Dr. Ford at Cleveland Eye Clinic in Cleveland, TN.
