Eye On Gervais

Recently went for an eye exam, glasses needed for sure, but the optometrist was super nice and funny. I loved that he took his time with appointment and didn’t rush me in and out. He also gave me lots of info about what my readings could potentially mean in the future. The staff was so sweet and they had an awesome and unique selection for frames which is rare.

The staff here were very helpful! I had an issue with my nose pads and they helped me free of charge (I didn't get my original glasses from here)! The staff provided great service and JD helped find me a screw that would fit for my nosepad. I'll definitely be ordering my next glasses from here!

Nice place good staff Que Jenkins always has a smile tht will make you smile back . Everyone else here as well is very helpful .. been with them for a while. They are good with communicating Mr loftis is a good guy to make sure your up and running . Have a blessed day everyone!!

I just stopped in for help fixing my glasses (I am on a visit to the area and was desperate!). I was in and out in under 10 minutes, all the staff was incredibly friendly and professional and JD did a great job! Amazing experience.

New desk ppl. Newbies touching my frames and lenses. They ruined my (10mo. old) glasses because i believed they were in good hands. Be careful. My favorite place for 30+years.... The newbies will annihilate your purchased goods. I would add a photo but it's hard to see and I'm embarrassed... due to the headache I'm suffering since attempting to retrieve my sun glasses attachment for my Silhouettes... A that I've patiently waited since December of 2024. Still a wrong fitting🙄😖👁️ Now, my glasses don't work because they utilized MY GLASSES for pics and references and i can't see and they didn't fix. I'm quite disgusted and angry. I'm not going back Go to Costco
