I have had nothing but great experiences everytime I do business at this location. The GM is very friendly; he jumps in to help his team; and personable as he remembered my name weeks apart from me coming in the store. I have seen him checking people in himself & assisting in other areas of the store. Such a great leader!

The workers are nice but the way they handle business sucks out loud! Made an appointment almost a week ago and they already cancelled on me twice. I finally called and just said never mind and to just cancel my appointment all together. Its seriously like they don't care about you or your business you bring. Now they completely waisted my time and effort. Here I am without glasses for another week or two 😡ugh! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!

Stopped for a quick eyeglass repair. Staff was very helpful. Only a few minute wait until someone was working with me. Repair was quick and done well. Highly recommended.

I came in with my mother due to broken glasses. And Robin was so nice to us and was able to replace and order new glasses. Super quick service. Thank you again

In the last 6 month they have really gone down hill i needed replacement glasses for my son n when i called them in june about it they told me i would get a call back no one called after 2 wks i called again n was told the same thing they did call back but said tjey needed to check if they still carried the brand i bought n call me back ofcourse no call back n when i went in july to get things done his glasses werent ready till this week. The workers are nice but the new way they do things is just ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend them anymore
