Unfortunately, one more in the 1 star column. This one due to no follow up. I called with a eye stye problem that just popped up. I called the office and was informed the next available appointment was in March (this is Jan), but, they could hand me to "triage" to get me in sooner. That person took my info and said the office would call me back with a sooner appointment, but.....crickets.... NO callback or follow up at all after 2 days. Thanks for caring so much.

Unethical and non-transparent billing practices: I brought my two daughters to Eye Consultants of Atlanta Pediatrics – Fayetteville for what should have been simple, routine eye exams. During check-in, I was told the doctors “only bill through medical insurance,” but no one clearly explained that this meant I would be billed as if it were a medical procedure rather than a vision exam. Weeks later, I received a $600 bill ($300 per child)—with only a small portion covered by my insurance. When I called for clarification, the billing representative, Barbara, told me it was my responsibility to know the difference, rather than showing any understanding or empathy. Great care is always given to my child at this practice. Dr. Budman is always nice and answers any questions we may have.

We took our 2 year old son today and expected a long visit. Everything went quick and smooth and my son enjoyed his visit! They were so good with him and helped us find a solution. Thank you again!

I just took my daughter here a few weeks ago, and our experience was great. My daughter was very nervous, and the environment was very welcoming and kid friendly. The staff really made her feel comfortable. We had a few back-to-back appointments, and I explained that I was on a time schedule and they helped me stay on my timeline. I actually had a few questions this week and I called the office. The tech was so helpful and friendly and didn't make me feel stupid for all my questions.
