I recently returned to Eye Care Surgery after trying another local optometrist closer to home. I was not satisfied with the care I received elsewhere, but Eye Care Surgery exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, attentive, and thorough, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. I’m very happy to be back and highly recommend them!

Everyone was on time. The technician was very pleasant and friendly. Saw Dr. Eng after eyes were dilated and he suggested I get the left cataract out quickly because the right eye would be so clear. The cataract surgery was discussed just for a few minutes. I was told that a lady named Chris would be calling in the next few days and she did. She called Wednesday and the pre-op and both eye appointments were scheduled. She was also very pleasant and easy to talk to. I feel at ease about what will happen. Cornelia Jones

Eye Care Surgery is great. They helped me ensure my eyes are healthy. I know every time I go there I will get the best care from Dr Eng and his team. Blue Ridge Optical has a great selection of glasses and their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Can't wait to get my new glasses in!

Having taken care of my father's eye needs for many years now, Eye Care & Surgery was the "no-brainer" choice for me, and should be for anyone looking(get it?) for an eye doctor. I've had experiences with Dr.'s Thompson and Coolbaugh, and their acumen is second to none. They also have a way of explaining things that make sense to a layman like me. I feel very comfortable endorsing this business.

Very welcoming and processes were easy and staff very friendly. Colleen and Becky took great care of me and I felt I was in good hands with Dr Thompson.
